Many Ways to Contribute to Answers for Autism

Donations: Your contribution to our cause will fund Public Awareness Programs and Programs that support Individuals and/or Families. Your contributions fund the workings for our grant programs & activities. Since 2001, Answers for Autism has funded over $500,000 in community programs and autism research. These help Indiana organizations create and expand programs to help improve and enrich the lives of those with autism.
Volunteering: Volunteering comes in all shapes and sizes. Whether you have a couple hours to give making ribbons, a day to give doing various activities at the walk, or a couple hours a month to work on a committee. We have place for you! Do you know of a volunteer agency through your church, sorority, or work place, who you think would like to get involved? Have them email our Volunteer Coordinator via the Contact Us page. Be certain to check out our Volunteering brochure also!
Search the Internet: - Each time you search the internet using GoodSearch.com money is donated to the charity you have designated. Make GoodSearch.com your primary search tool (it is powered through Yahoo!) and designate Answers for Autism (listed as AAI) as the organization to receive the donation you generate.
United Way: You can make a gift to us through the Designated Donor Program. Most of us are already contributing to United Way through the general fund. On next years form, request that your money be designated for Autism Advocates or Indiana.
State Employees Contribution Fund: Use Code #574700 to designate your donation to Autism Advocates of Indiana.
Corporate Sponsorship: Ask your company to sponsor our worthy cause. Many companies have money for charitable contributions automatically budgeted every year, give them a direction for those dollars.
Company Donation Match: Many companies will make a matching gift donation based on the dollars that you raise for Answers for Autism. Contact your HR Department to see what programs they have to offer.
Silent Auction Item Donation: Our silent auction raises thousands of dollars each year -- and its a lot of fun!
Spread the Word: Sharing information with friends, family members and acquaintances assists with our primary mission to create awareness for Autism. Our events are fun for everyone. Invite Everyone! Share our information with the non-profit organizations or schools in your part of the state who are helping people with autism. Speak to them about what programs or projects will benefit you or your loved one, and then recommend that they apply for an Answers for Autism grant to help fund them!
